How fun! Besides the usual Martin Denny, Les Baxter, Arther Lyman etc. go with Tikiyaki Orchestra, Don Tiki & Miles Corbin from Aqua Velvets has a cool cd called "Sounds from the Tiki Hut". The Martini Kings also put out some really cool stuff and be sure not to forget Ape. Good luck...
