In case anyone was wondering, no these are not my attempts at poetry. They are the transcriptions of the lyrics to the songs Dirk Diggler sang in the movie "Boogie Nights".

Interesting to note that the first one was actually from the 1984 movie "tranformers 2" (hence the "mighty hands of steel" reference).

In Boogie Nights Dirk Diggler uses these songs in the recording studio to try to launch his career as an early 80's pop singer. The lyrics are so cornball, they are almost not hilarious.
