Papier mache tiki mask

Here is a papier mache mask I made for my halloween costume.

the beginning...

with a layer of batter...

I used 1x1 ceramic tiles for the teeth.

The original paint job, I punched it up a little afterwards.

The finished costume.

Time to party!

Thanks, sneaky tiki. It was fun to do, i'm thinking of trying some bas relief papier mache panels next.

Now that football season is over, we need to get together and brain storm up some tiki stuff. I still have a bunch of logs if you want any and I am coming across plenty of wood working at the barn that just gets burned if I don't take it.
