I've been envious of folks who build their home tiki bar/lounge with a tin roof, then direct a sprinkler on it to replicate tropical rain storms. You see, I live in Southern California where every drop of water is worth its weight in gold. I'd end up with a hefty water bill and threats from my neighbors.

Today I came across this CD. Thought I'd pass on the info to others that are in a similar predicament:

I've been looking for a timer that would set off sound, lighting and a water pump (ala "Tonga Room") that is affordable.
They have them at grocery stores (for produce) but cost about a thousand bucks.
