Well, as Bigbro has mentioned, 'The Book' has just gone into it's third printing, so it's hardly difficult to get hold of.

Some folks seem quite happy to pay well over the odds for it, though:

With the slightly smaller size and soft cover of the third edition, I can understand why one would prefer the second, but the second edition is still on shelves around here.

Just to reiterate: It merely SEEMS smaller because the softcover is missing the extra edges that the padded cover needed, but the pages inside are the same size, thickness, and print quality than before.
