There once was a bar called the Tonga Island in Monroe, Louisiana. It was a cultural icon! They served a concoction called a 007. Does anyone outthere know how to make it? It was served in a Huge punchbowl with the long straws and had the lighted sugar cubes floating on orange slices on the top. I would appreciate your help |

Sweet Vermouth 1 oz. Brandy 1 bottle Pink Champagne Shake well Pour over crushed ice and add fruit.
