eating bacon helps with hangover

There are few things that bacon doesn't improve or help. It is a wonder food.

I simply don't believe it.

This is one experiment I will have to confirm for myself...I will do anything for science (at least bacon science).

You need real Bacon for it to work, not the sweet tasting stuff you eat in the U.S., preferably with a couple of Sausages, Fried Eggs and Mushrooms.

As much as I enjoy my visits to America, I can never get my head around the 'sweet' Breakfasts - Maple Syrup, French Toast et al.

I do like the Home Fries though.

I haven't had it personally, but I do know of someone who made it a few months back. I saw pictures, and it turned out surprisingly well. He said it tasted as good as it looked! It may cure a hangover, but you'll probably have a few "digestive" problems afterwards!
