I will be making the usual fool of myself and announcing bands and giving away some of my tiki trinkets to those who know their Surf Music and Tiki Trivia!! The MiGs/Daikaiju/The Anacondas at the Lava Lounge Hollywood Tuesday July 29th The modern take on surf music by MiGs and the Lava Lounge are always a sweet combination but this coming Tuesday (the 29th) there's an added bonus of touring surf bands: The Anacondas from Amsterdam and Tennessee's Daikaiju. This will be surf-to-the-hilt in one of the most cozy watering holes in Hollywood. The show is $5 or $3 if you say the password: "Cowabunga". Lava is located at 1533 N. La Brea just above Sunset.
