They are made of cast urethane, not clay. It's kind of like plastic. Supposed to foodsafe, but you have to do a bunch of paperwork and red tape with the EPA or something to certify it as such. My cheap website sends a link back to a portfolio thread on TC of mine. I can trade some cool tiki stuff for a better website than I got, if anyone out there wants to make me a website. Buzzy Out! As I understand it, this was a specially commissioned work for the King of Elbonia and the tiki itself is allegedly molded around a large gold nugget of inestimable worth! I have one more with no holes in it right now. After I sell out of my current batch, I can make some more without holes in my next production run. It might be a week or so, though. If you need more than one, let me know. Otherwise, I'll save the undrilled one for you. I use an acrylic paint to color them. The brand I use is Liquitex and the color is Burnt Umber. The label says that the paint is "permanent, water resistant, and flexible when dry." I get it at Michael's, which is a chain of art and craft supply stores.
