I believe that this was one of at least three Chan's restaurants in New Jersey. The others were Chan's Dragon Inn and Chan's Waikiki.

This is one of two matchbooks that I have from Chan's restaurants in New Jersey.

I am assuming that these restaurants are all related because of the name, font, logo Maori tiki and proximity to one another. See the Chan's Dragon Inn thread.

Here is a menu from Chan's Hawaii Inn I saw on ebay a while ago. That tiki logo sure got copied a lot.

Would be nice to find out more about the Chan restaurant dynasty (pun intended).
