Song ID: Seagulls and xylophone goodness

Hi folks, I hope one of you knowledgeable people can help me identify a song. The fashion designer Lucian Matis uses it on his website (www.lucianmatis.com). It's the song that plays once you click past the splash page. There's also a track selector in the bottom left corner - it's track #1.

The song is like bossa nova improved by the sound of seagulls. BTW, speaking of seagulls... I always associated these birds with beaches, islands, any kind of tropical thing, but when I was on Oahu I found it very odd not to see a single seagull during my entire stay. Hawaii has very few seagulls, but they have plenty of beach pigeons. :D

Hawaii is too far away from any major land mass to have seagulls...they can't fly that far, believe it or not. The islands have to be near a continent. (little known exotica trivia)
