An abused Menehune

Remember the rattan furniture on Craigslist that had been painted black? This is almost as bad.

This Menehune abuser decided he didn't like the grey hair and painted it black. The jet black stache makes him look more Zapata and less Menehune. And I'm scared to think about what he might have done under her lavalava.

Apparently, this person never watched the Antiques Roadshow. repaint=BAD, and I think a decimal point is misplaced on that auction. $210, and that would be a lucky day.

Seriously, $2,100? I know some people are dumb, but that's insane.

I saw a nice mug go for 3 times what it was worth yesterday, with 20 bidders, yet 5 were for sale on ooga-mooga for a third of the price.. :)

Alas, it appears that Menehune abuse is epidemic. This abuser appears to have taken his predatory ways in the opposite direction by painting the hair blond. Must be some white supremacist thing. As this is the second act of abuse in one week let us mobilize and end this scourge.
