It is the lava tiki okolehao bottle with ashtray that several of you have mentioned. It has the registration number 2277 and while the gold has worn off, it is still in excellent shape. The ashtray base is also still with it. I don't know what it costs to ship this but you folks seem to have a much clearer idea of all of this. It seems that $40 is a reasonable price for this bottle.
