Recipe: Trader Vic's Pogo Stick - Tiki Drinks and Food

TRADER VIC'S POGO STICK 2 oz Gin 1 oz Pineapple Juice 1 oz Grapefruit Juice 1 oz Lemon Juice 1 oz Simple Syrup As usual, it makes all the difference in the world if you use fresh squeezed juices or juices that are not from concentrate. I don't normally like the taste of grapefruit but if the drink is made properly it does not stand out and is more like, "what is in there anyways?" Cheers!

TRADER VIC'S POGO STICK

2 oz Gin
1 oz Pineapple Juice
1 oz Grapefruit Juice
1 oz Lemon Juice
1 oz Simple Syrup

As usual, it makes all the difference in the world if you use fresh squeezed juices or juices that are not from concentrate. I don't normally like the taste of grapefruit but if the drink is made properly it does not stand out and is more like, "what is in there anyways?"
