Grogs, Blends and Infusions

Recently I have been thinking about making my own blends of Rum and last night I got talking about Rum Infusions so I thought it might be a good idea to start a thread where people can share recipes for Blends, Grogs and Infusions.
Start experimenting with your Rum collection, maybe you can put together the perfect blended rum for a Mai tai, grog mixes can have sherries and cognacs added along with citrus and sugars, infuse your rums with Herbs, fruits, even Tabacco (which I can reccomend trying. Make your own spiced rums, add in vanilla pods and caramel or Nutmeg for Bombo.
These can be made on a large or small scale to fit budgets, for the more adventurous you can buy 1 ltr oak barrels that are charred inside in which you can age your blends.
Hopefully we might get some recipes that turn cheap supermarket brands into top shelf spirits.
