Dusty will be playing drums with these 2 bands this weekend before he heads off to Europe for a few months.
also with 3 Balls of Fire, will be Jonpaul Balak, from the Boardwalkers,Insect Surfers, and Tikiyaki Orchestra.

The Guitar players for these nights of course are Mike Vernon from Austin Tx. and he will be stretching out and really going for it. playing songs from their extensive catalog, and many cool and obscure cover songs.

Truly a Wizard among guitarists, not just of the surf style.

JonPaul is one of the most fluid and professional bassists around, always solid, musical and flowing with his sound. Like liquid Zen, if you ask me.

this is the Premier surf band playing tonight folks.
the Musicianship of these guys is something to see.
not your standard Pipeline, wipeout surf.

Would love to have been at Don't tonight, but I blew my weekly trip on Thursday with a friend.:roll: I think my roommate said he was going to stop by Don's for drinks...hopefully he stayed for the show.

Great show last night!!

Don's was packed to the rafters last night.
Bar and dinning rooms were full.
Private party in the back hidden village and High Chiefs room.

and also a Party and Jazz band in the Longboard room on the far right.
I got the last parking spot when I pulled in.
pheeeeew.

Bands both nights were great.

I hope to be there on Sat. the 19th for the Glasgow tiki shakers.
