carving ocean waves onto a tiki or drum?

anyone done this????

..and if so, could you post a pic?

I have some ideas swirling around upstairs, just wondering what others have done.

I like this wave-like design

or maybe it's sort of a yin and yang wave

it's called "koru".

Thanks, pdrake ........your response peaked my interest, so I had to go to Wikipedia to check it out.
If anybody else was wondering, "koru" is a Maori word and the circular shape of the koru helps to convey the idea of perpetual movement while the inner coil suggests a return to the point of origin.
