Fixing my rattan swivel rocker.

I am thrilled that I just scored a rattan swivel rocker at the Goodwill for $25. Its in very good shape except it tilts a little to one side. Has anyone ever fixed one? Do I need to replace the springs? Or will adjusting the bolts on the bottom help?

Also, does anyone know where I can find an attractive bark cloth cushion for it?
