Thor Original on craigslist

Not my listing, but thought I would let you know that there is a Thor original painting on craigslist right now out here in Honolulu.

It is called Dinner Cruise, and the interesting thing about it is that it is one of the first gecko themed paintings Thor did, and it was never published. Not a bad price at $1500, as the gallery now sells this size of painting for about $3000.

it doesn't seem logical to try and sell a visual piece of art without a picture of said art.

Well, that's probably why she hasn't sold it yet. When I used to run the Thor gallery, we asked if she would let us borrow the painting to have it scanned in, and she wouldn't. Then she tried to sell it back to us for the going price of about $3000. Now its down to $1500 or best offer. Not many people would even look at the ad without a pic. Since this was one of thor's first gecko pieces, it originally sold for about $900.

This is on Craigslist again. Seller lowered the price to $1000, and has included a photo this time.
