Kara-jokey and Sailor Jerry Rum Purple Orchid May 15 - California Events

The Sailor Jerry Girls will be on hand to distribute tokens for a Sailor Jerry Rum drink for ONLY $1 DOLLAR! That's right, get a token and pay only $1 for a Sailor Jerry Spiced Rum drink. After Earnie's cliffhanger victory over Danger (AKA Craig Portman) in our first Kara-jokey contest, we have decided to have more of these events and support our friends at Sailor Jerry Rum. Come to the Purple Orchid with your best joke and you could win cool prizes including the grand prize, a Sailor Jerry Rum cusom dartboard set! Comes complete with the Sailor Jerry Aloha Monkey bullseye dartboard and a set of darts. Antiseptic and bandages not included! This was the best one yet! Over 20 people got up and told a joke. All of them were funny and most were hilarious. We also gave out 70 drink tokens for any Sailor Jerry Rum drink, only $1. Danger (AKA Craig Portman) put in another stunning performance but the judges were a little biased and he got snaked for the grand prize. No tiki-centric jokes stepped up to the plate, but we have hope for the future. Next Kara-jokey contest, Saturday, May 15
