Is the sale over? Do you have anything left? I'm in Echo Park. Would love to come by and see what's left. PM me if you'd like.
Thanks,
Chub

Oh man, I had a feeling you were out of town
Sven. This was kind of last min. After the 5th
truck load I decided I've got to let go of some
things. Wish you can make it.

Chub, come on over. It doesn't start until tomorrow
morning. Be like Allen Hamill and "tell a friend."

HOLY SHIT! Thanks, Kiara! Amazing stuff at amazing prices...everyone should go and buy

I'll be here through the day if anyone still wants
to come by. I've had a good crowd but still
tons left. A lot of paper is still out too.

Thank you everyone who's come by so far!!!

Super cool to meet you Klara and thanks a bunch for the deals. Would have spent more time looking and buying, had I not had a lame work meeting to be at. I heard my buddy Tattoo came over and picked up some nice items later in the day.

Let me know if you ever want to stop by for a drink at my place. I'm only 3 minutes away over by Alverado.

Over n' out,
Chub

Pics?

Kiara, you're KILLIN' ME!!!

I wish that I didn't live so dang far away.... I woulda been camped out on your stoop days ahead of time!

Awesome meeting you, Kiara! Good luck with the move.

here's my grabs

Amazing stuff and really nice guy! Thanks! Joe Banks and I each picked up a velvet. I scored Don's and Hinky Dinks' menus. Joe got the best prize of all: a Witco kitty. Since I was the one with the cash and we both love kitties, but the kitty was going to remain in SoCal, we named him "Scott is indebted to Brenda forever." Joe, we need a pic!

Kitty, kitty, kitty...

meow!

...and a nice 12" purple float. Wish every yard sale was as good as this one!

What's the story on this piece? Last weekend I found two bowls that match this item. No markings whatsoever on my bowls.

I checked the back of the plate and found the remains of two stick on labels. Sadly both are completely illegible at this point. There is a green version of this plate in Tiki Quest on page 162. No mention of known maker though. I guess the mystery continues...

Thanks everyone. I've been moving for days, so haven't been able to post.
I'm glad all of those pieces found appreciative homes.

This tiki was prob the toughest to move. It ways hundreds of pounds.

I remember...the only real prize from an otherwise unrewarding endeavor.

Kiara, may I ask where that massive Tiki was from? It looks amazing even upside down! I'm guessing it was from an old Tiki motel or appartment complex? Please tell us more about it! :)

Sent you a pm.
