Tiki gazebo / trellis?

I have this area in my back yard near the fence and over a patio area (about 10' square) that we also use to grow hops from. The hops only grow in the spring/summer. They vine up really fast and are very green. In the fall they die back and have to be cut down. I'm looking for a A-frame type tiki patio awning or trellis that looks similar to a hut. I'll probably have to design it from scratch. But I was wondering if anyone had any photos of similar projects? I'm looking for inspiration!
Cheers!

Are ya brewin' beer? :D

I was looking for a good A-Frame picture a while back and couldn't find one. Here's a picture that Dawn painted.

I would make an a-frame with extended carved roof beams and cover it with wood lath, the hops would cover it in the summer and it would still look good uncovered in the winter

You can always use the basic shape of the Tahitian roof as a sort of breezeway. Mine backs up to a formerly, ugly corner of our lot. Now, all kinds of vegetation has a break from our heat/sun. Good luck!

How about something like this...

McTiki: that's quite a tiki temple you have in your backyard... an eye-catching sign, too! Do you have any more photos to share, or maybe you have posted them in the past?
