I think that even with explict instructions on how to order goodies-I-want over the net, my family would fail horribly, so I just end up tellin em that I need Trader Joe gift certificates. Does anyone have the secret to making sure ya git what you desire from Santa? (oooh, that just didn't sound right, did it...) hehehehe

When it comes time for the significant others to go Christmas shopping pull out the gifts with their receipts and tell them that they have no choice but to wrap the presents for you otherwise you would end up with double presents and we all know that limited budgets does not allow that. That's what I did this year, I will let you know how it goes over.

We usually pick names and have a detailed list of what we want in all price categories. there usually is a spending cap, but I suggested it with my in-laws last year and everyone got what they wanted. Theres always that American Express gift card too...I don't know if VISA offers the same.

It looks like eBay is debuting this service this year. eBay Secret Santa Gift Exchange beginning in mid-November. Sounds interesting but I wonder how many people will actually participate?
