Hair salon. Two locations. Noted from description and ad in Florida tourist magazine from 1967.

Great ad from a 1968 National Airlines tourist magazine.

Current location of Miami Springs location is an animal hospital and sushi restaurant.
No idea of tiki or other decoration, but the roof still might have the original shingles...

The other location has been demolished and is now a condo or large hotel.
