As seen at the Bali Hai? Tiki or not Tiki?

Ok, I picked these up at a garage sale today. I have seen similar things over the years and passed on them because I did not think they were Tiki. They I saw one very similar in the Bali Hai last year and figured they had to have some kind of tiki connection.
