Since I don't know the artist or what it's called I couldn't do a proper search, but it pops up a lot and I'm curious. It almost looks like a hawaiian warrior with a headdress, but I dunno. Any help appreciated. Thanks!

I think we need to get to the "bottom" of this mystery!

It's a penis, yea that's what it is.....a Tiki Penis.

incentive.

Now I am sorry I said that?

Loaded question!!!

We need Pablus to answer this one!!

The sculpture looks like Strikow. The naturale looks nice.

Thanks Mr. NoNaMe. I think you've got it. Searching for Strykow turned up quite a few posts. Apparently he was based out of Los Angeles in the late '50s and '60s. these images are from other posts. I only asked because I missed getting one at a garage sale yesterday and wanted to know more about what I missed. Aside from the pictures of things people had found, there wasn't much info on the guy himself... like whether he's still around, etc. Any info?

I had two similar sculptures that came with my house. Mine were flat on the back and hung on the wall. At the time I thought they were more of a African motif and I didn't like how they looked in the 60's tiki bar my house came with so they went away at a yard sale or a charity pick up 6-7 years ago.
