So a friend gave me some spare bamboo flooring planks and my wee brain started turning about what to do with them... well duh, put tiki's and like on them !!! Planks are about 10" x 3.5", manila rope wrap. More designs coming. These will be for sale at SoCal Speed Shop in Sacramento and few other places soonly.

Tiki's of my design

tiki's of someone else design (clip art)

super secret process :D.... but think back to making models as a kid and how you applied the graphics... same thing.

More on the way this weekend :D couple of new ideas to render on bamboo!!

Here is the latest. I'll be putting "Surf's Up!" (split up) on either side of this Tin Woodie. I've got this car in a couple different colors as well.

Just a cool design I came up with. The wood split while I was attaching the rope, it was an early attempt at it, I now have a better method and the wood dont split. So this one is for my office. Un-split versions will be for sale in the Tiki Marketplace soon.

nuther one

I like the tin woodies, good thing they didn't burn up in the fire!
