Traditional Borneo Houses

I just spent a week on northern Borneo, the Malaysian state of Sabah. At the state museum they had this village composed of traditional buildings from the different ethnic groups of Sabah. I don't know about you but they give me tiki bar ideas so I figured I'd share.

These are shots of the Sunset Bar at the Shangri-La Resort in Kota Kinabalu, Malaysia.






This is the signature drink of the establishment, the Lepa-Lepa. It's kind of like a pina colada and named after the long boat above the bar.

Amazing. Those pictures of the huts are awesome. I wish I could go there.
