Mid-Century plastic chip

does anyone remember plastic chip "popcorn"? You used to be able to get it in kids crafts kits, usually with a pattern and you'd put it in the oven for a little while and the chips would slightly melt together. Illinois Molding Co. also used the material on some of their wall plaques...

I remember those but have no idea where you would find them now. We had a Santa wall hanging made from those when I was a kid that we put up every year.
