It's a Tiki Thing, VW art of Brad Parker-ish

I hope Brad got something for this because the artwork is clearly his. They tweaked it, but, no mistaking it.

Not that there's any doubt, but, the rear end graphics would dispel any remaining doubts, not even trying to hide it there. Not just the style but the actual images on the rear. (seen on vid)
