Tres Tikis Bowl - advice needed

I could use some advice from the Tiki Central collective. I recently purchased a Tres Tikis Bowl on ebay. The bowl also included the numbered card. Upon receipt of the bowl, I discovered the rim has a flea bite. The seller of the bowl appears willing to refund some money for the defect. To be fair both to the seller and me, what is the value of a Tres Tiki Bowl with a flea bite?
