The left hand is blurry in the last photo. It must have been moving fast.

Yeah! That's one of those situations where I probably "blew the shift"! The guy next to me was doing it correctly...I was a hair slow! Pictures don't lie, and they can be a great teachable moment! In the picture right above, I am dialoging with him on some point...actually lucky to have a pro like that next to me! As I look further at the picture, I can see myself thinking "what the hell note did I just aim for? Now that ain't right!"

In an orchestra, it is not always easy to hear yourself....the guy on either side of you, you can hear just fine...but not yourself, so in these cases you have to rely on perfect and proper hand position to make sure you are where you need to be....ooops!
