Paul Marshall Conch Bowl

I picked this up over the weekend and can't find any mention of it anywhere. On the bottom is a "Paul Marshall, made in Japan" sticker. At first I thought it was a Trader Vic's conch but it seems clearly different in shape from the ones on Ooga Mooga. I have seen tons of Paul Marshall stuff but never this.

Does a Paul Marshall catalog exist? Does it appear on any menus? Any info would be great.
