I forgot to mention that probably the best single Martin Denny album to get is "The Best of Martin Denny's Exotica" (http://www.amazon.com/Best-Of-Martin-Dennys-Exotica/dp/B000SZ25NW/ref=sr_shvl_album_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1365741377&sr=301-2). I just noticed this thread ... Most of you folks probably know that Mr. Denny passed away in 2005 .... One of his last public performances was doing his song "Quite Village" live with Jimmy Buffett in Hawaii ... Just thought it was some cool trivia .. |
