Post Hukilau trip to the Keys

After Hukilau some friends and I are heading down to Key West for a few days and will then work our way back to Fort Lauderdale. Anyone have suggestions for things to do down there and back? Accomodations in the Keys and surrounding area? The plan is to drive to Key West on Sunday, spend two nights and then work our way back to Fort Lauderdale by Thursday. Thanks.

Couple of items:

1. We stayed at Southernmost Hotel and it was great...very relaxing with a good bar

2. Check out Hemingway House. Touristy but worth the trip.

3. Grab dinner at Blue Heaven....its inland but has great food and atmosphere.
