Bali Hai Mai Tai

Pages: 1 0 replies

I've got a couple friends who recently came back from a trip to San Diego, where they spent much of their time drinking the famous Bali Hai Mai Tais. Now that they're home they want to recreate what they had, but they're sticklers for accuracy. We know that Bali Hai uses Ron Rico and Myers for the rums, but does anyone have any idea what they use for Triple Sec and Sweet and Sour?

I realize we could make much higher quality sweet and sour ourselves, but they want to start by recreating what they had as accurately as possible.
