Came across this while cleaning out my home desk drawer, brings back a lot of memories !

My very first "fake" License was from Hawaii around 1973 or 74.....
it helped that I looked quite a bit older for my age then
and the drinking age in Hawaii was still 18, what is it now?

PP

its 21 now, like everywhere, but when I was there in 85-89, it was 18 !! so when I turned 21 it was kinda a let down lol

Good times!

For some reason, maybe people thought a Hawaii Driver's License would be harder to trace, but today with computers and the interweb it would be probably easy to trace if fake or real. But these two movie characters had the same idea.
First the famous McLovin license from SUPERBAD:

But before McLovin there was the naughty teens from NATIONAL LAMPOON'S BARELY LEAGAL who had the same idea:

Hawaii finally changed its license but still kept the rainbow but added a high tech Hawaiian Island chain graphic and other hard to copy security stuff.
