Didn't know FODM are still around. Or are they? Never heard of that album anyway. Is it the same style as their first one? I really dug that one, but not so much the second one. First saw them live in Denver in 96 or 97, and I think that might've been the first time I saw a theremin played live too.

I'll trade ya something for that if you wanna email me. Here's something I once put on the flipside of a cassette with FODM...

ATARDECER is at least 4 years old. it was recorded live at the knitting factory. it sounds great & has a very nice flow to it.

never got to see fodm live, but one of the best shows i ever saw was calexico (w/ full on mariachi band) at barbican hall in london. i've seen giant sand a few times too. brilliant but the quality of the shows seem dependent upon the quality of howe gelb's mood.

i'll email ya right now.

I love both bands. Here is what I have:

FODM
Atardecer
The Shadow of Your Smile
Retrograde
A Place In The Sun
Witchita Lineman
On The Shore (CD1is the Wtchita Lineman cd)

CALEXICO
The Black Light
Hot Rail
Feast Of Wire
Even My Sure Things Fall Through
Spoke

Aquarj....that cassette looks interesting. I also have some of those bands.

Cadillac Hitmen-The Assassin and Tri State Killing Spree

Death Valley-!Que Pasta! (Spaghetti/surf)

i have some morricone & hugo montenegro too if anybody's interested.
