eBay: Vintage Coco Joe's Lava 208 Tiki God Figurine Made in Hawaii

I have two different Coco Joe lava figurines marked number 208. One is about 4 inches tall and has HAWAII on the front of the base. The other one is about 3.25 inches tall, has no base and is not marked HAWAII. The design of the tiki god itself is essentially the same. Was it "normal" for two different Coco Joe lava figurines to have the same number?
