South Pacific ukuleles

Pages: 1 3 replies

I just saw these custom ukuleles from master builder Chuck Moore and had to share: http://www.moorebettahukes.com/GALLERY-2.html

Before anyone asks, he has a several year waiting list and he isn't taking any new names. His basic ukes start at $2,400 and go up from there. I would imagine ukes like these cost thousands more due to the inlay.

I got to meet Chuck and play his ukes and they sound amazing. A guy can dream. :)

Good thing you are not into basses!

I have a little ukulele problem myself. I've got a few Kalas, plus a vintage Kamaka soprano and a Kanilea soprano. I designed a couple of Kalas Ukadelics, so I have some of those as well.
