Eggnog

Not Tiki, but timely. This is reposted from a thread in Bilge.

For my money, I've always preferred Tom & Jerry's to Egg Nog.

I'm making lots of eggnog this season for some reason. Having posted my general recipe in Bilge a while back I thought I'd take another look at it. Jeez! It's been five years since I posted it and it's had a few errors that have gone uncorrected for all that time, until today. Should be all fixed now.

Egg nog is my heroin. Always gained about 10 pounds of egg nog weight, every winter, till I went low carb. Here's my low carb egg nog recipe, from another TC thread. Got some in the fridge, right now.

Having my first homemade Eggnogs of the season. The Rumdood recipe with dark rum and brandy remains my go to eggnog recipe, and it's always in heavy totation for the holidays.
