carving job in San Diego

Not sure where to post this. I have a client with a Mexican fan palm in the front yard they want carved into a tiki, in place. They live in Kensington. PM me for phone number.

Advise them not to do it (as we always do) palms in the ground tend to rot and fall over, some much faster than others, even if the palm was grown under the best of circumstances it would be problematic, I realize its a popular thing to do but it is akin to throwing good money down a hole,
