Tiki mug or no

I picked this up at a thrift shop. It's shaped like a tall coconut. No maker marks. 6 1/8" tall.

It's a figurative mug, and it has a Polynesian theme, but I wouldn't call it a tiki mug. That doesn't mean it would be out of place in a tiki bar, however.

Although the base on it makes it look more like a vase to me.

Dunno if it’s tiki or not. I like it and would have snagged it too. Looks like an elongated coconut husk on a surfboard to me.are those “markings” on what would be the tail of the surfboard?
