Like most novelty ice trays, these don't really work very well at producing actual ice cubes. Since they are silicone, they work MUCH better making cool chocolate treats for parties! |

I actually own this product. It was given to me as a gift. I have a reputation of sorts for liking things tiki. It actually does work quite well. The problem, if you want to call it a problem, is that once the ice is in a drink and begins to melt, the moai shape quickly becomes unrecognizable. |

yes their shape does change quickly. If you leave them in the mold too long they shrink down to half their size. Probably better for Chocolate... I don't use them now. Maybe for a special event. |
