There will be a Polynesian Market Place with lotsa cool vendors, food & drink specials, plus more surprises as well, and still only $5.00 :o that's right folks $5.00! Guaranteed you will not find this much entertainment packed into one event for a measley 5 bux! Oh yeah and kids under 12 are FREE!

Event will be held Saturday September 13th in the parking lot of the Chef (entire event will be outdoors).Gate will open at 12:00pm with a special performance by the Legendary Rick "Elvis" Saucedo at 1:00pm, bands start at 2:00pm and run thru 10:00pm. No large canopy, tables or chairs will be provided, so we encourage everyone to bring your own pop-up and chairs.

There will also be a charity raffle again this year (with lotsa fun stuff) and tickets can be purchased the day of the event for $5.00 each or 5 for $20.00. All proceeds will go directly to the CatNap from the Heart.

When you get to Fong Fest be sure to find the booth with this banner located near the entrance gate! There are some :o MiNd bLoWiNg :o donations this year that I think ya'll might be interested in. Hope to get some photos of donations posted soon!! :D

Sorry for the delay in posting Raffle pics. The last week's been kinda tough! :(

Anyway without further adieu here are some more of the great items available for this Saturday's CatNap raffle during Fong Fest...

This next raffle package is brought to you by Angelinquent, one of our fabulous vendors this year. It's a necklace, ring, and satin hair flower combo...

Once again our friends over at Bloodshot Records have come up with a fine array of goodies and bundled it all together into wonderful raffle package! The BS20 Collection...

We are calling this one the Marvelous Moai Package. It's another fine raffle package from our friends at CatNap from the Heart. These items were actually won previously at different 3rd Saturday raffles and a previous Fong Fest. Items are as follows: a framed screen printed 2003 Exotica poster, a Moai mug from The Islands in Arizona, a Moai plasma light, and a limited addition Moai pendant signed and numbered 16/75.

This next raffle item was graciously donated by Best by Far Estate Sales. It's the" Mystery Wicker Suitcase" from the Hilton Hawaiian Village in Honolulu circa 1964. It is filled with all kinds of goodies to be revealed at Fong Fest this Saturday...

What an AwEsOmE day! And what a crowd, the place was packed all day long, outside as well as the restaurant and bar! :D

The weather was great although it coulda been a little warmer after the sun went down, but the bands were so hot that ya really never noticed too much.

Thank you Betty, Duane, and the entire staff at Chef Shangri-La, for all you do every year to bring us Fong Fest!! Ya'll RoCk!

Huge Mahalos go out to Rick Saucedo, The Butterfields, Hillbilly Idle, 13Tikis, The Astronauts, The Dyes, The Cocktail Preachers, The Alder Kings, The Flat Cats, our MC Java, & those fantabulous ladies of Go-Go The Janes!
