Someone needs to Tiki-fy this place. Houston, TX, in the Glenbrook Valley mid-century historic district.

I like the dark cabinets and wallpaper (or tile?) in the kitchen. It looks like the perfect canvas to create a Tiki paradise, indeed. (And, for once, the hot, humid weather of Houston actually helps!)

The first time I saw it, a few years back, the main living area and entry were all grasscloth, and it really popped with the flooring and dark wood trim. It was in bad shape and the owner took it out and just repainted white. That is tile in the kitchen.

Seems like a decent price for all of the crazy tiki potential in that property.

I had a deal on this one, but it busted out, so it is back available.
