Any markings or story of how and where you found it? What is the size? Can you post some pics of all sides of the mug including the inside and the bottom. Kinda hard to lock it down with only one photo. |

If that's a new Chinese knockoff they did a hell of a good job adding all that crazing to the glaze. But it is similar to the Vernon Kilns, Trader Vic's Samoan Fogcutter mug. [ Edited by: tikicoma 2015-10-30 15:23 ] |

If Vernon Kilns made the earliest TV mugs and Vic and Granny Abbot dissolved their partnership in 1941 could this be a later copy made in Hawaii for that Location? |

The mug in question looks kind of squat and a bit thicker in the middle than the classic fogcutter designs. Could just be the angle of the photo though. That mug doesn't have the upper and lower rim in the mold as well. Will be interesting to see more pics. |
