Description:
Large apartment building built for singles - One bedroom apartments ONLY! It had a small lagoon with waterfall and small bridge to doorway, really cool driftwood and 1960s style lettering sign, and a nice 5 foot Tiki presiding over the lagoon.
Once a little gem along the shoreline of Alameda and the only surviving vintage Tiki in the city, as of October 2015 it has been remodeled away.
