I just picked up this tiki for a very reasonable price. As you can see it has a chunk missing near the top. I was wondering if anybody knew who made this guy and/or what stain type/color I could use to stain the damaged portion.

That's what I was thinking. We have a few by them with similar stain colors.

You could use either an oil-based stain or even acrylic paint of a matching color. It might have been a mahogany stain, hard to tell from photos. Looks like the existing finish is poly, so should be easy to wipe off your new color application without affecting the surrounding area. Then top it off with some poly or brushing lacquer.
