Musée du quai Branly Print/Photo/Painting?

Pages: 1 6 replies

I have seen this image somehow associated with the Musée du quai Branly Exhibition in Paris on numerous websites, without any further detail about it. Anyone know anything about it?

That image is from Tiki Pop, the book written by Sven Kirsten for the museum exhibit. On sale at Amazon.

She needs a tan... You would need dark sunglasses to successfully carry her to the edge of the volcano.

It's a large print, ca 12X18 inches. There are no titles, names, or company credits either in front or on the back. Judging by the paper, and the empty back, it is from a pin up calendar from the early 50s.

Someone needs to find the whole calendar to I.D. it
